A New Generation of Laboratory Benches
C-line with Corian® Solid Surface is a new, cost-effective and high performance solution which allows trade professionals to fulfil, in limited timescales, large-scale projects in demanding commercial and public spaces.
Healthcare and personal care market are amongst the areas where C-line with Corian® Solid Surface records the highest interest.
Other important areas are hotels, student accommodations, armed forces accommodation, office fit outs, prisons, marine, and also kitchen worktops for large scale developments.
Why is the C-line with Corian® Solid Surface so competitive? The reason is a innovative fabrication technology for Corian® Solid Surface which delivers fast turnaround combined with high product quality, plus the performance, the properties and the proven reliability of Corian® Solid Surface in demanding commercial and public spaces.
Normally, the production of a coved upstand and an anti-drip front edge with solid surfaces would involve different fabrication steps.
Thanks to this technology, it is possible to create a finished worktop from a single sheet of Corian® Solid Surface, maximising material usage and related fabrication time, resources and costs.
The end product saves approximately 70% of the labour time required for fabricating a basic worktop with conventional techniques.
The C-line with Corian® Solid Surface is a laboratory bench that can be up to 2500 mm in length, while its depth can be 600 mm or 650 mm.
The finished worktop include 100 mm coved upstands and a 38 mm curved downstand with anti-drip edge.
End sections are also available, sink and bowl cut outs, drainer grooves and site joints are still required (the C-line is only suitable for trade professionals).
If required, the bench can be also customised, as it normally happens with worktops made with Corian® Solid Surface.
